It’s amazing what a cute pair of shoes, a tutu, and some confetti can do. Pair all that with some good looking people and you have what we call “magic”. Like real life unicorns and princess stuff.
This past Sunday I met up with Reid and Anthony at Schiller Park here in Columbus! Before getting started, I was already super pumped, because Reid my first Columbus bride and after all the emails, I was just ready to hug her with excitement.
When Reid emailed me before our session and mentioned “confetti” and “balloons”, I prepared myself for something spectacular. We danced around the park and laughed until our stomachs hurt. The best part, we were just getting started.
After the park we took the goods downtown to the Ohio Theatre and the Ohio Statehouse. The place where Anthony proposed and the location of their December wedding. This was where the chills really set in. At one point we were positioned where you could see the Statehouse to your left, and the theatre to your right. The amount of love and level of emotions were through the roof.
We ended the morning off at the Columbus Art Museum where we got to be a part of a random group’s scavenger hunt. They were in need of a photo of them with strangers, so while I held their phone with my left hand, I was snapping away with my right. It made for a great shot that will forever be a favorite of mine. The museum was beautiful and a little hectic since it was the weekend for the Columbus Arts Festival. However, we made it work and even took the time to admire some of the art in the courtyard.
I am so excited and I am sooo blessed to have these two as MY couple. So far they are my last wedding of 2016 and I know they are going to help me finish the season off strong. I really hit the jackpot, you guys! Enjoy and soak in all this awesomeness below!
